International Mobility is changing
Foreign assignments of professional fields in the last 10 years has boosted 25%. A recent study done by PwC predicts an increase of 50% by 2020. This growth in International Mobility responds to both business challenges and the expectations of the next generations. The challenges of tomorrow will be nothing without the solutions of yesterday. The market is in a constant state of change and global companies must learn to adapt and overcome mutations and challenges.
Better know your needs, optimize, win
Starting in autumn 2019, the MyExpat.US team will launch an ambitious survey of the targeted needs of French companies for international mobility in the US.
The objective of this survey is to best understand the exceptional needs of expatriates and their collaborators that have been previously been unmet. We must also take on the role of HR to prepare the requirements of the future expatriation project. The data collected should help establish an "advanced" mobility strategy, playing on agility, flexibility and adaptability with different talent populations. It is about fine tuning the international mobility function into a strategic tool, to proactively contribute to the development of a sustainable talent pool.
Let's transform the international mobility function into a strategic tool, in order to contribute to the development of a sustainable talent pool.
